The Arai 4*S meeting room can host meetings, presentations or work sessions with up to 15 participants.
On days with no activities on its agenda, it is set up as a Museum Room where guests and visitors can look at a Roman mosaic from the 5th century, as well as objects and old photographs found during the building restoration work.

The terrace can also be closed off for celebrations, always with a view to ensuring good neighbourliness with the other guests at the aparthotel.
